THERE WILL BE A PRE-AUTHORIZATION OF $1.00 TO VALIDATE CARD
o Reservations are recommended.
o All R.V waterfront sites on the weekend are a two (2) night minimum.
o Three (3) night stay minimum will apply to holiday weekends.
o Super site 13 is a two (2) night minimum on all reservations.
o Please call (540)984-4299 to confirm availability and/or make a reservation. Reservations can also be made on-line.
o No deposits will be taken when reservation is made. Credit card information is only for cancelation purposes and to guarantee your site. (Please read our cancellation policy)
o A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hrs. of when reservation has been made. You can make any changes to your reservation within 24 hrs. regardless of cancellation policy.
o Your site is subject to change without prior notification.
o Rates are based on 2 guests on all campsites. Any additional guests over the age of 18 will be charged accordingly. (Limit of 8 guests per site)
o All guest’s visitors must register at office.
o Overnight visitors over 18 are $5.00/night.
o To make a group reservation for multiple tents pop-ups and R.V.’s please call so we can better assist you
o During your stay, if you decide to depart our campground prior to your original departure date, NO REFUNDS will be given.
If you need to cancel your reservation, the following will apply…
I. Overnight reservations can be canceled 48 hrs. in advance without a cancellation fee. If under 48hrs. or (no show /no call) there will be a $10.00 fee.
II. Any cancellations/changes to R.V. and Tent Sites of two days or more must be made no later than 7 days before date of scheduled arrival.
o Any cancellations/changes BEFORE the 7 day deadline, there will be no fee.
o Any cancellations/changes AFTER the 7 day deadline, you will be charged a $10.00 fee.
o Any cancellations/changes under 24 hrs. or (NO SHOW / NO CALL) A $20.00 fee will apply; On reservations 2 days or more.
III. Super site cancellation policy:
o Any cancellations/changes BEFORE the 7 day deadlines, there will be a $10.00 cancellation fee.
o Any cancellations/changes AFTER the 7 day deadlines, you will be charged a $20.00 cancellation fee.
o Under 24 hrs.or (no show /no call) 50% of reservation.
IV. Holiday & Edinburg Ole Time Festival cancellation policy:
o Reservations must be cancelled 7 days before date of scheduled arrival. A $10.00 fee will apply!
o Anything under 24 hrs. or no show /no call you will forfeit your total balance of reservation.
To cancel your reservation, please call (540) 984-4299 to confirm cancellation. No email cancellations will be accepted. You will be emailed a cancellation confirmation within 24 hrs. with any fees that may apply.
