RULES & POLICIES

  • CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
    CHECK-IN TIME: 1:00 p.m. CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 a.m. EARLY CHECK-IN: Arrivals before check-in time will be subject to a fee of $10.00 per hour before check-in time. LATE CHECK-OUT: Departure after check out time will be subject to a fee of $15.00 after check-out time.
  • SPEED LIMIT
    Please drive slowly for the safety of children “of all ages.” Avoid unnecessary driving around the campground. MOTORCYCLES may be ridden IN and OUT only!
  • QUIET HOURS
    10 p.m. to 8 a.m. During this time period there should not be any loud noise that will disturb other campers.
  • CHILDREN
    CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES. PLEASE RESPECT SITE BOUNDRIES AND OTHERS PERSONAL SPACE. You will be given only one warning. After the warning you will be asked to leave with no refund.
  • VISITORS
    All visitors must register at the office. All visitors’ vehicles must be parked at entrance of campground. If visitors intend to extend visit overnight, an additional fee will apply.
  • PETS
    Pets must be on a leash at all times. Pets are not to be tied outside while you are not in the campground and are not to be left unattended at any time. PETS MUST BE PICKED-UP AFTER. If any pet shows aggressive behavior toward other pets or campers, you will be asked to vacate campground property. No excessive barking allowed.
  • EMERGENCIES
    Please call 911 in the event of an emergency.
  • REFUNDS
    During your stay, if you decide to depart our campground prior to your original departure date, NO REFUNDS will be given. Please see policies for more information about refunds.
  • SMOKING
    Smoking is NOT allowed in any building. If you are a smoker, please dispose of tobacco products properly, please, do not dispose on the ground. Respect other guests as we have guests.
  • SITES
    One R.V. and one vehicle per site. One vehicle per tent site. Please if possible no mats on the grass area. Please help us maintain the cleanliness of the campground by keeping your site neat and orderly. No clotheslines at sites. Please if possible park in front of your R.V. at full hook-up sites (Not In Grass)
  • GRILLS
    Please do not use them on our picnic tables; the tables will burn.
  • BATHHOUSE
    Open 24 hours except from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for cleaning purposes. PLEASE TREAT BATH FACILITIES WITH RESPECT. Please clean up after use. Remember, other campers will be using this facility. Creekside Campground reserves the right to ask any guests who do not treat the facilities with respect to stop use of the bathhouse temporarily or permanently.
  • PAVILION & FIRE PIT
    If you use the pavilion, please clean up after yourself. The community fire pit is available for your enjoyment. Fire wood is available for purchase for use in fire pit. Please do not dispose of trash in fire pit.
  • ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
    Alcoholic beverages are allowed at your camp site. NO UNDERAGE DRINKING ALLOWED (under 21). No open alcoholic beverage containers allowed outside of your camp site. Alcohol may be consumed in pavilion area. Remember this is a family campground. Excessive rowdiness, loudness or vulgar language is not tolerated.
  • TRASH REMOVAL
    If you need to dispose of trash, including pet wastes, please locate dumpster behind concreate wall. (Across from site 27)
  • FIRES
    All fires must be self-contained. A fire ring is available for your convenience. Fire wood is available for purchase. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE FIRE RINGS. Please do not dispose of trash in fire rings.
  • FIRE ARMS & FIREWORKS
    Must abide by all Virginia state and local laws.
  • LIABILITY
    The management assumes no responsibility for property loss or damage.
  • RESERVATION POLICY
    Reservations are required for two nights or more. All R.V, Water & electric sites on the weekend are a two (2) night minimum. All reservations require a $15.00 non-refundable deposit. Three (3) night stay minimum will apply to all holiday weekends. Super site 13 is a two (2) night minimum on all reservations. Site 14 is a two (2) night minimum on all reservations. Must have up to date credit card information to reserve site. A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hrs. of when reservation has been made. You can make any changes to your reservation within 24 hrs. regardless of cancellation policy. Your site is subject to change without prior notification. Rates are based on 2 guests on all campsites. Any additional guests over the age of 18 will be charged accordingly. (Limit of 8 guests per site) Please notify office if you are having visitors and all visitors must park in visitor parking. Overnight visitors over 18 are $5.00/night. To make a group reservation for multiple sites please call so we can better assist you. During your stay, if you decide to depart our campground prior to your original departure date, NO REFUNDS will be given. All monthly reservations must sign monthly policy. We reserve the right to terminate any reservation at any time.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY
    If you need to cancel your reservation, the following will apply… Cancellations MUST be completed over the phone; no email cancellations will be accepted. You will be emailed a cancellation confirmation within 24 hrs. with any fees that may apply. To cancel your reservation, please call (540) 984-4299 to confirm cancellation. Reservations 6 days or less have a non-refundable deposit of 1 night. Reservations 1 week or longer have a non-refundable deposit of 25%. ​ I. Cancellations before 2 weeks Reservations cancelled before 2 weeks of check in date will receive a refund or camping credit minus the non-refundable deposit. ​ II. Cancellations under 2 weeks Reservations cancelled under two weeks of check in date owe 50% of the reservation balance. If reservation is paid in full, then 50% will be refunded or camping credit issued. ​ III. Cancellations under 1 week Reservations cancelled 1 week or under of check in date owe 100% of the reservation balance. ​ ***Due to our card processors we do not issue refunds on charges past 120 days. We will issue a camping credit to be used within the same camping season.
  • NOTICE TO GUESTS
    This Property is privately owned and operated; management reserves the right to refuse services to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests. Creekside Campground wants you to have an enjoyable visit. Our rules & policies are intended to promote a relaxed and enjoyable environment for all who are staying with us. To serve the interests of our campground as a whole, these policies are strictly enforced. We reserve the right to evict anyone violating these rules, destroying property or otherwise creating a disturbance. No refund will be given under these circumstances. No exceptions. Our goal is to “do whatever it takes to please every customer, every day, in every way.” We appreciate your comments and suggestions to make your camping stay more enjoyable.
